Rules and Regulation of Play:1. Each department can register at maximum of 4 teams and a minimum of at least 1 team. 2. Teams are only allowed to register players from the same department, regardless of which intake. It is an option if a team registers at least 1 lecturer/ staff member. No outside players are allowed to participate. 3. Each team is requested to register 11 players; 7 first team players, 2 substitute players and 2 reserve players. 4. Each team is requested to provide at least one game official. 5. All players are demanded to wear proper attire. No shorts above the knee are allowed, sleeveless clothing are prohibited and barefooted are barred. 6. Players are forbidden to wear accessories that may injure other players such as watches, bangles, rings, etc. Nails are advice to be cut or trimmed before match starts. 7. Teams / players should be ready around 10 minutes prior to their games. Late registration or absence of team would result to a disqualification or walk-over. 8. If any walk-over or disqualification was to happen, the opposing team will be titled the winning team. 9. Duration of each game is 14 minutes (7 minutes for each first and second half) with 3 minutes break between each halves. 10. The competition is based on league-format. Each team will have a chance to play against every registered team in their respective group. 11. The league would take place on Sundays during the month of August due to industrial attachment taking place for certain players. 12. The league should commence on Sunday 10th August 2008 at Padang Kebajikan Sports Complex.p.s: the time-table will be up soon :)
